Not much extra being done today, that’s ok I guess just finish your daily practice and don’t get behind. You’re nearing the end of this challenge now. Just a 2 more weeks of this and it’s over. Finish strong. Remember back at everything you’ve had to go through in order to get to this point now. All the pain you’ve put your body through. The strain your muscles have had to endure. Don’t let it be for nothing if you can’t finish the year off the right way. I’m sure you will though I can see it in the way you do them now. You have a sense of urgency, but it’s paired with a pride in what you do. You’re proud that you’ve managed to do all of this over and over again all year long. You want to make it a statement that no matter how battered the body may be, you can always do this again.
That pride—that sense of accomplishment—isn’t something you had when you started. It’s something you’ve earned with every step, every rep, every moment you wanted to quit but didn’t. It’s not about perfection; it’s about persistence. And you’ve proven time and again that you can persist, even when it hurts, even when you’re tired, even when the finish line feels impossibly far away. This is who you are now—someone who keeps showing up, no matter what.
Two weeks. That’s all that’s left. In the grand scheme of things, it’s nothing. But right now, it feels massive. The weight of all those days, all those reps, is on your shoulders, but it’s also in your hands. You’ve carried it this far; you can carry it all the way. Because you know what it means to finish something, to see it through to the end. It’s not just about the goal—it’s about proving to yourself that you’re someone who finishes what they start.
Let these last two weeks be a testament to everything you’ve built this year. The strength, the discipline, the resilience—they’re all part of you now. Every time you pick yourself up, every time you push through the discomfort, you’re writing the final chapter of this journey. And when it’s over, you’ll know it was worth it. Not just for the pride of saying you finished, but for the knowledge that you can do it all again, no matter what comes next.
This is your moment to reflect, to push, and to prove once more that you’re capable of anything you set your mind to. Let the pain remind you of how far you’ve come. Let the strain fuel your determination. And when it’s done, when you’ve crossed that final line, you’ll carry the strength of this journey into everything that comes after.
