The Void Adventure

Slightly easier today than it was yesterday. I don’t know why but after yesterday’s training I was concerned about having to do this again today. Seems I forgot that everything is adaptable. If I do it again today again tomorrow, and continue to do it all the days that follow then yes it will get easier. This is just the part where it’s not easier. Where I have to force myself to get it done. This will pass and what was heavy for me now will be light for me in the future. It’s just the way things are. You have to work hard to get what you want. When you continuously work hard each day, the things get easier to attain. What was hard for you to get before is now an easy day for you. So enjoy this transitional period and watch how your body begins the process of adaptation. Learn from it and get better at it. To always adapt faster and faster.

Because this is how growth works—not in an instant, not overnight, but through steady, deliberate repetition. You don’t just wake up stronger one day. You earn that strength in the moments where it feels like you have none. Every time you push forward, despite the weight, despite the resistance, you’re proving to yourself that you can handle more.

It’s easy to forget that adaptation is always happening. You just don’t notice it in the moment. The struggle convinces you that things will always feel this way, but they won’t. The body, the mind—they are built to evolve. You keep showing up, you keep doing the work, and before you even realize it, what once drained you now barely slows you down.

So embrace this phase. This uncomfortable, exhausting, yet powerful stage where you are actively becoming something more. Because one day soon, you’ll look back at this moment and realize it wasn’t suffering—it was transformation in motion.
