The Void Adventure

I know you don’t want to
You don’t even want to be out here
I’ve forced you here
Hey, it’s just the way it is
You’re behind right now
You have time available to you
Reach that goal you have
It’s in your mind
You know what you wish to do today
Sure everything hurts or is sore
Sure you’ve been at it everyday
There’s no rest in sight
That’s the name of the game
You can’t change what the game is
You can only change yourself
Change right now then
The body doesn’t believe you
Doesn’t think you can do what you say
Prove it wrong, prove yourself right

This isn’t about comfort—it never was. You’re not out here because you want to be. You’re here because you must be. That’s the truth most won’t admit: greatness often begins in unwillingness. You’ve dragged yourself through fatigue, soreness, frustration—and still, here you are. You’re behind, sure. But that just means you’ve got something to chase. And chasing is where you thrive.

The mind knows the goal. You’ve carried it with you long enough to memorize the details. But the body? The body doubts. It resists. It throws pain your way as if to say, you’re not built for this. And that’s where the real test begins. Not when you’re fresh and motivated—but when you’re sore, depleted, and still step forward. That’s when every action starts to write a new truth into your system.

This is the moment you change—not by wishing, but by acting. The rules of the game haven’t changed, so you will. You’ll bend yourself into someone capable of withstanding this stretch, of owning this version of struggle. The goal is still yours. It didn’t disappear just because you’re tired. Prove that to yourself. Not through a speech—but through the sweat, the grind, the repetition. Let your body see what belief looks like when it refuses to quit.
