The Void Adventure

You passed the test yesterday
Well passed but barely
It still hurts when you train
Guess there’s no going around that
Which means today you go again
Can you do it again?
You better, you have to
Get through this week
If you’re up for it knock out more
At least do an extra day
Do it this weekend
You’ll have the time
For now do the day
The day is enough really
Hard to do more than that
If you can just survive this week
I know you’ll reach your goal
Just got to make it
So just finish today’s training.

Yesterday proved something—you’re capable, even under pressure, even with pain. It wasn’t pretty, but it was enough. And enough, right now, is everything. You’re not chasing perfection. You’re chasing completion. The discomfort didn’t vanish, but neither did your commitment. That’s the real win. You moved through the pain instead of letting it stop you. Now today calls for the same strength—quiet, steady, unrelenting.

This week is a wall. Not dramatic. Not cinematic. Just heavy. But that’s what makes it powerful. If you can make it through a week like this—when the pain is lingering, when the motivation is dry—you prove to yourself that you’re not just here for the high points. You’re here for the grind. And if you make it through the day, you’re one step closer to making it through the week. That’s how goals are met. Not in leaps. In stacked, quiet victories.

Right now, you don’t need to think about tomorrow. Just survive today. That’s the win. If extra work comes later, great. But today, the task is singular—train through it. Honor the work by showing up and doing it, however it needs to get done. If you can finish today’s training, you prove to yourself that forward motion is still possible, even when everything feels like it’s working against you. And that’s how you’ll reach the goal. One finished day at a time.
