Focus this week
Focus on getting better
You’re not alright
Your body is in pain
I don’t need you to prove anything
You’ve proved enough to me
You showed me you’re willing to work
Willing to do the ask
Demands are no problem for you
So then honor this demand
Take some rest
Do a normal workout week
No extra difficulty to it
Implement more stretching
Focus on getting yourself to 100%
I need you all back
Get that ego ready
I’ll need it soon enough
You just save your strength
