The Void Adventure

I do want you to be present. I want you to have your eyes open to what you are doing right now. Don’t be blindly doing it. Be awake. While awake, I will allow you to lose yourself in this moment. Let the moment take you away, but never close your eyes while it does. It’s fun to let go and let the moment get bigger than it is. It’s not just a simple little workout you’re doing this morning. You’re doing something that is training your mind to be able to handle the things you’ll eventually need to handle when you eventually get to where you wanted to go. This is part of becoming that man. So in essence, you become that version of yourself that you want to become as you do this. So lose yourself in that moment. Shed away habits and patterns of the past and let new ones emerge.

You’ve done this movement before—but not like this. Not with this level of awareness. Today you’re not just going through the motions; today you’re giving them meaning. It’s not about the weight or the reps—it’s about staying awake while you push through. Feeling everything. Watching yourself become. There’s a sacredness in showing up and choosing to pay attention, even when nothing about the moment demands it.

When you let the moment pull you in and keep your eyes wide open, you start to see the ritual inside the routine. What once felt like a chore becomes a symbol. You realize you’re not training for today—you’re preparing for then. For the version of life you asked for. And with each breath, each rep, each second of discipline, you step closer. That man you imagine is already here—you meet him every time you don’t quit.

So let go, but don’t check out. Let the fire catch without letting the flame blind you. Every drop of sweat is you shedding a version of yourself that no longer belongs. Let it fall. Let the new rhythm take its place. Because right now—while your muscles tremble and your mind sharpens—you are becoming who you already are.
