This is the last week before you go now. The last week before you get a full week of relaxation and recovery. Don’t lose any steam now. You’ve done so much and have gotten way too far to slow down now. I know I said you were close to the finish line before but this time you really are just right there. After this workout you only got 3 more to go. To say you can’t get it done would be a lie, you know you can do it. You’ve been through much worse than just another regular day. That’s all this is, just another day. As much as your body is hurting and as tired as you will get this week, don’t waver. Don’t be moved from your goal. You will reach your goal and you’ll be met with the time of your life. Just keep on pushing through the fire.
You’ve made it through so many challenges already. Each day has been another step in the direction of your goal. The weight of every rep, the exhaustion in your body, it’s all led to this moment—this final push. You don’t have the luxury of slowing down now, not when you’re this close. You have to see it through. There’s something special waiting for you on the other side of this. A reward not just for your body, but for your mind, your spirit. That feeling of accomplishment will taste sweeter because you didn’t fold, because you endured.
Every ache and every drop of sweat is proof of how far you’ve come. It’s easy to want to back off, to think you’ve done enough. But you know that voice is wrong. Enough is not what you came here for. You came to surpass enough, to set a standard that only you can meet. You know your limits, and now you’re here to redefine them. The fatigue you’re feeling is just a reminder of how alive you are, how capable you are of pushing past it. It’s fuel for that fire inside you.
Let this week be the culmination of everything. Each workout is a step, and each step brings you closer to the finish line. It’s not just about surviving this week—it’s about thriving through it. Every moment of discomfort is an opportunity. An opportunity to show yourself that you’re not bound by limits or by fatigue. It’s in these final days that you prove who you really are. When the weight gets heavy, you don’t bend—you rise. When your legs feel like lead, you don’t stop—you move forward.
You’ve set your sights on something bigger than the pain, bigger than the fatigue. You know what’s waiting for you, and it’s not just a break. It’s the satisfaction of knowing you gave everything, that you didn’t stop short when you had every reason to. So keep your head up, your body moving, and your mind focused. One step at a time, one day at a time—you’re almost there.
