The Void Adventure

Are you going to get it done without making a big fuss about it or not? I see you haven’t paid any attention to it yet but you’re definitely sore all over. Your legs, your back, your arms. This is meant to be the first day of the week, the first training of a new week. Are you going to be good to go? Are you going to be able to get it done all over again? Well you seem to not really care about it so I think you’ll be fine. No, I’m sure you’ll be fine. Go on and show me what we’ve become over time.

Remember the days when you didn’t know if you could handle it? When you hesitated, questioning if you had enough left in the tank? Those days are behind you now. You’ve built something stronger within yourself. It’s not about whether you’ll do it, but how you’ll go about it. You’ve learned that the body adapts, the mind adjusts, and as long as you start, the rest will follow.

Don’t get caught up in how you feel right now. Yes, you’re sore, but that’s just proof that you’re doing it right. That soreness is your body becoming more resilient. Embrace it as part of the process, not a barrier to overcome. It’s not about avoiding discomfort anymore, it’s about finding your strength in the middle of it.

As you get going, let the rhythm take over. The first steps are always the hardest, but once you’re in motion, everything else fades. The doubt, the soreness, the fatigue—they’re just background noise now. This is your time to prove to yourself that nothing can hold you back. You’ve already gone through the toughest days, and you’re still here. This is just another step in the journey.

So don’t hesitate. Show up, get it done, and let your actions speak for themselves. This isn’t about proving anything to anyone else. This is about showing yourself what you’re capable of, again and again, until it becomes second nature.

Every time you get through it, you’re that much closer to becoming the version of yourself you’ve been working toward. Keep going, no fuss, no hesitation. Just pure commitment to the process.
