When you see it has recovered enough go, when you’re waiting to go recover well. Be all there. Be entirely in it. Leave all the other thoughts out of your mind, and if you can’t simply pay them no attention. It’s just you and you in there. Finish this and you can relax all you want.

This is your time to train, and there’s no rush, no reason to cut corners. Focus. Be present in each rep, each breath. Feel the way your body moves, how it responds to the effort.
