Last push for the week. Rough start to the morning there. You feel weak today don’t ya. The weight of it all is heavy right now. That’s ok let it be heavy. Let it be difficult. It’ll only make it that much more sweeter when it’s all done. When you manage to pull it off once again. You’ll do it. I know you will I can feel it. I can see that even though it’s heavier today. Even though you’re tired. Even though you can’t get the number of all the reps you still have to do out of your head. You’ll still get them all done. All because part of you says you can’t, and you love nothing more than to prove someone wrong.
The part of you that doubts, the part that says you can’t— it’s not there to hold you back, but to give you fuel. That voice that tells you you’re too weak, too tired, too far from the finish line, it’s there to challenge you. And every time you push through, every time you keep going despite the heaviness, you strip that voice of its power. You show yourself, over and over, that doubt is just noise, and your will is stronger.
It’s not about how smooth or effortless the day goes. The struggle, the fatigue, the aches—they’re all part of this process. They’re the proof that you’re growing, that you’re challenging yourself in ways that matter. So don’t shy away from it. Don’t wish it were easier. If it were, you wouldn’t become stronger. You’d stay in place. But here you are, pushing through the resistance, turning discomfort into growth, turning weakness into strength.
And when it’s done, when the last rep is completed, you’ll feel it. That satisfaction, that pride that you didn’t give in, that you didn’t let today slip away like it wanted to. You showed up, you endured, and you conquered it. That’s something no one can take away from you. And tomorrow, when you start again, you’ll know that no matter how heavy the day feels, you can handle it—because you’ve done it before, and you’ll do it again.
