The Void Adventure

I know what you are feeling. I know where that feeling will take you if you let it. Let me spare you the trouble. What will happen is you will think a thought about a thought that may or may not even see the light of day. All the while the DAY, which is Today, is passing you by. Tomorrow will come and you will regret yesterday. Then waste time in that new today thinking about another day. So on and so forth. This is the cycle. This is how your mind rolls off the rails. All for what? For something you are suspicious of. Something that you feel will happen to you? Look up buddy, look at what has already happened to you. Still you managed to move forward. So keep your head up. Whatever ends up happening, at the end of it, you still need to move forward.

I understand the weight of those thoughts bearing down on you, like a relentless tide that threatens to pull you under. It’s easy to become ensnared in the labyrinth of our own minds, each thought leading to another until we’re lost in a web of what-ifs and could-bes. But here’s the truth: the only power those thoughts have is the power you give them.

Consider this: for every moment you spend tangled in the hypothetical, you lose a moment in the tangible. The present slips through your fingers, and with it, the opportunity to shape your reality. Fear and doubt thrive in the shadows of the unknown, but they falter in the light of action. Each step forward, no matter how small, diminishes their grip on you.

Remember the times when you faced your fears head-on, when you defied the odds and emerged stronger. Those victories, however small, are proof of your resilience. Use them as fuel, a reminder that you have the strength to overcome whatever lies ahead. The path forward may be uncertain, but stagnation is a far greater threat. Progress is born of movement, of the courage to keep going despite the fear of what might come next.

In those moments of doubt, pause and ground yourself in the present. Take stock of where you are and what you have already achieved. Let your past triumphs be a testament to your capability and let them propel you forward. The future will unfold as it will, but your power lies in the here and now. Embrace it, and move forward with the unwavering belief that you are equipped to handle whatever comes your way.
