You were meant to train earlier
You failed to do so
Now you face it later
It’s going to suck
You’re going to be tired of the day
It’s going to be late at night
All of you is going to want to sleep
Guess what though?
You have to do it anyway
So you might as well keep going
Do more than just today’s training
Do it for tomorrow as well
Save time for tomorrow
So you can regain some strength later
It’s a trade off
One you may not do
I say do it
Why not
You’re already in that feeling
